Survivors Empowerment Support Group
- A structured 4-week group for adult women survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
- Education, coping strategies, and peer support.
- Topics: trauma responses, self-compassion, boundaries, and healing through connection.
Trauma Support Group
- An open 4-week group focused on peer support and open discussion.
- A safe space to share experiences and connect with others who understand.
- No structured curriculum — conversations are participant-led with facilitator guidance.
Workshops
Hands-on learning and skill-building
Interactive sessions focused on specific topics in mental health and personal development.
Attachment Theory Workshop
- Learn how early experiences shape adult relationships.
- Explore different attachment styles and how they show up day-to-day.
- Practical tools for healthier relationships and emotional regulation.
Trauma 101 Workshop
- Understand trauma’s effects on the brain and body, and common responses.
- Learn practical coping skills to navigate triggers and stress.
- Includes a peer support component for shared encouragement.
